How To Forgive

1. Place the persons image to be forgiven into your heart

2. Fill it with Gold Light. As you breath allow the Light to expand.

3. When you feel peace, acceptance, joy etc. release the image.

Note:

If you feel the need to forgive a person it is actually their action you judge as negative.

You are mirroring the person via your own thoughts associated with one or more past experiences you had.

By forgiving the person (your thoughts) you neutralize the negative experience that the person reminded you of.

Although you are healing yourself and not the other person... that person will benefit indirectly from your forgiveness.

Now Forgive Yourself

1. Place an image of yourself in your heart

2. Fill it with Gold Light.  As you breath allow the Light to expand.

3. When you feel peace, acceptance, joy etc. release your image.

 How to Stop Judging

1. Catch yourself judging.

2. Stop

3. Observe something in your surroundings.
