Everything outside of you reflects your true nature.
Everything you experience comes from inside you.
I attended a meeting and took an immediate dislike to one person not knowing why. My Negative Emotional Body kicked in on automatic pilot.
Afterwords I realized this person was my mirror reflecting what I didn't like about myself.
It was hard to admit how much I disliked that aspect of myself.
The Mirroring Practice
1. Think of someone or something you dislike.
2. List everything you find objectionable.
3. Apply the disapproval to yourself and neutralize it.
To develop your neutralizing abilities:
When you have an aversion to something it is projected from inside you.
