Forgiveness is one of many tools available for us
to let go and release our perception of negative experiences.

When you feel the need to forgive a person it is actually their action you judge as negative.

You are mirroring the person via your own thoughts and beliefs.

Forgiveness is to neutralize your negative emotions that the person reminded you of transforming your darkness into Light.

Although you are healing yourself and not the other person...that person will benefit indirectly from your forgiveness.

Below are three quick forgiveness methods.

1. Place a person's image into your heart.

2. Fill the person with love and Light.

3. Watch the person fade away.

AND - OR
1. Accept the person.

2. Let go and release the person.

3. View your surroundings in present time.

AND - OR

1. Say, "I do not want to give this person my energy and stay   connected to them".

2. Gently release the person with feelings of love and happiness.

3. Smile and feel self-compassion.

Everyone is right based on their perception of their reality. If you truly understand and follow this concept you will no longer judge another person therefore eliminating the need to forgive.

Remember:
Everyone is your mirror. If you must forgive someone then forgive yourself and heal.
