Forgiveness
“To forgive is to first judge.”




Forgiveness is one of many tools available for us
to let go and release our perception of negative experiences.
When you feel the need to forgive a person it is actually their action you judge as negative.
You are mirroring the person via your own thoughts and beliefs.
Forgiveness is to neutralize your negative emotions that the person reminded you of transforming your darkness into Light.
Although you are healing yourself and not the other person...that person will benefit indirectly from your forgiveness.
Below are a couple of forgiveness methods.
1. Place a person's image into your heart.
2. Fill it with Gold Light. As you breath allow the Light to expand.
3. When you feel peace, acceptance and love release the person.
