How to Stop Unwanted Thoughts
1. See your thought as an image.
2. Fill the image with blue light.
3. Illuminate the image until it's a transparent color and watch it disappear.
Note:
If the same thought arises again simply repeat number 3.
The thought's negative emotional charge will be neutralized.
The blue light may change to a different color or colors as you look at it.
An image may be a person, an entire scene or words.
The image might move to different parts of your body.
The thought image may start out black.
