Kula Mana Ho'oponopono
“The city of refuge is alive and well within you.”
Ho'oponopono is to:
Rectify, Reconcile and Forgive
Early Hawaiians believed that mental and or physical illness was caused by breaking spiritual laws.
The illness could not be cured until the sufferer atoned his or her indiscretion.
Forgiveness was sought from the Gods.
The Ho'oponopono mantra below was designed to neutralize negativity and bring harmony once again to the patient.
This is achieved by repeating the mantra:
I love you
Please forgive me
I am sorry
Thank you
